A bivak tent, also called a bell tent, sahara tent or canvas tent or, is a type of tent originally designed for military use, but nowadays also popular for recreational camping and glamping (glamorous camping). The distinguishing feature of a bivak tent is its distinctive bell-shaped construction with a single central pole point, which gives the tent its strength and shape.
Besides tasteful decoration, a Bivouac tent consists of:
A kitchen and bathroom are not provided. You can use the shared sanitary facilities on the estate.
A tent accommodates 2 to 4 people.
Spending the night in a bivak tent on a campsite gives you the ideal combination of spending the night in nature with some luxury. You will discover the wilderness from your bivouac but still lie comfortably in a made-up bed.
