Everything you need to know before you arrive.

In our lodges, tiny homes, glamping tents and other rental accommodation, check-in is from 3pm. On motorhome, touring and tent pitches you can check in from 1pm.

Please vacate your accommodation or pitch by 11am. If you're leaving accommodation before 8.30am, let reception know the day before.

Not at all, but please let us know in advance if you'll arrive after 10pm. There is no night reception.

Motor vehicles aren't allowed on site between 10pm and 7am. The tent pitches are in a car-free zone, so your car stays in our car park.

If your booking costs less than €300, you pay the full amount straight away. Above that, you pay 50% when you book and the rest no later than one week before arrival.

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Between 7 days and 72 hours before arrival, we charge 50% of the outstanding balance; after that, cancellation is no longer possible. You can take out cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

Touring pitches, motorhome pitches and tent pitches with electricity take up to 5 people. Tent pitches without electricity and the basic log cabin take up to 4. For glamping accommodation, you'll see the capacity when booking.

If your group consists only of young people under 23, we reserve the right to refuse the booking.

Pets are welcome on request: mention it when you book or get in touch with us. Guide dogs are always welcome.

Yes. Bread rolls and croissants are ready at reception every morning. Order them in advance and pick them up yourself.

No, we take care of the cleaning. We just ask you to do the washing-up and put your rubbish in the bins.

Smoking isn't allowed inside the accommodation, but you're welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Yes, bikes are available to hire. Just ask at reception. Ghent city centre is a 15-minute ride away.

After 10pm, we ask everyone to respect other guests' sleep, so the site stays peaceful for all.

By bike, you're in the heart of historic Ghent in about fifteen minutes.

Yes. The Blaarmeersen is literally next door. Swimming is possible from 1 May to 13 September, and you'll also find play areas for children and miles of walking paths.

Until the end of September, you can pick up a fresh pizza right here on site. In the morning, breakfast is ready at reception if you order it in advance.
