Sports hall, two football pitches, an athletics track and two covered padel courts — with guaranteed access for Blankenberge clubs and schools.
Youth accommodation
34 renovated, themed sports rooms for 4 people (112 beds), spread across six wings — plus the fully accessible Golfbreker wing.
Glamping
Around 50 modern glamping units in the green, quieter areas of the site — nature, sport and stay in balance.
Motorhome pitches
Around 50 motorhome pitches of various sizes, including 4 luxury pitches with their own private bathroom unit.
Fitness
The existing wellness complex is being converted into a contemporary two-level fitness centre, with group classes and an open design.
Food, drinks & community
A lively food and drinks concept with a broad, healthy menu, local and seasonal produce. Open 7 days a week, with an indoor and outdoor playground.

All existing accessible rooms in the youth accommodation are being kept. The Golfbreker wing has 10 fully wheelchair-accessible rooms for 4 people, all on the ground floor.
