How we got here
From Ghent to everywhere
And we haven’t stopped.
Urban Gardens Ghent
We take on the concession for Camping Blaarmeersen and start turning it into a city glamping site.
Urban Gardens Ypres
The city campsite by the Jeugdstadion comes under our wing, along with the motorhome site at the Zillebeke lake.
UCamp Kemmelberg
Camping Ypra, on the slope of the Kemmelberg, becomes UCamp Kemmelberg — with a firm nod to the cycling classics.
Urban Gardens Blankenberge New
Our first site by the sea opened in September, within walking distance of the beach.

Our approach
Growing with respect for the place
With every choice we look at what can be less: less use, less waste, more room for what was already living here.

Hot water from sun and air
Solar boilers and heat pumps provide the hot water across the site.

Room for every small creature
Low-intervention grounds keeping: we mow less and later, so insects and birds keep their place.

Water-saving shower heads and automatic taps in every sanitary block.
